PetroCompletions will deliver in-house training courses at mutually agreed client locations globally. All rights to PetroCompletions course materials are reserved. None of the materials may be reproduced in any form without prior written consent from PetroCompletions.

Clients will be responsible for the provision of the training facility, audio-visual and computer equipment, software licensing if applicable, translation of materials and translators if required, class meals and refereshment, lodging, meals and domestic ground transportation for the course instructors.

PetroCompletions shall provide a primary cost quotation for the selected course which will cover the tuition fee for up to 15 participating candidates only. A secondary quote will be provided for additional candidates in excess of 15 to the client upon request. The class sizes for our in-house course is limited to 18 candidates per session. Other reimbursible service cost asscociated to the course training to be charged to the client includes; air travel fares for instructors to the specified loaction, all cost asscociated to travel including visa application related cost etc..., custom and duties charges for shipment of course material (if applicable), and miscelleaneuos cost as required (e.g. car rentals, parking, incidentals etc...). Course materials (including handouts, reference documents etc...), will be provided to each candidate at no additional charge.

Once the dates for the course has been confirmed, an invoice for the quoted fee due in 30 days of completion of the course event will immediately be be submitted to the client. A final invoice, for additional costs associated with the course session due within 45 days of completion of the course event will also be issued to the client. The client will be invoiced for the actual scope of prescribed training course. All payments will be made in US dollars.
All charges for the course are net to PetroCompletions and free of all local taxes, fees, or any other cost im posed by governement, foreign agencies or the client. In the event of such cost imposed, then the client will be responsible for such cost or PetroCompletions will add these cost to the client's final invoice.

Should the client cancel or postpone a  confirmed course with a date of less than 6 weeks before the agreed start date of the course, then the client shall pay a fee equal to 50% of the primary cost quotation. The invoice due within 30 days will be issued to the client.
A new course date mutually agreed upon by the client can then be rescheduled.
